Pet Policy

Pet policies for all our rentals is as follows:

For Homes

$150 - Animals (not dog/cat)

$150 - Housebroken dogs under 35lbs

$200 - Housebroken dogs over 35lbs

$200 - All Cats 

For Apartments/Duplexes/Triplexes/Quadruplexes

$150 - Animals (not dog/cat)

$150 - Dogs

$200 - Cats

Pet policy is strictly enforced.  Must be approved by management. Any tenant found have an unapproved pet living in their unit will have their lease terminated and security deposit will not be refundable.  Must have breed/species disclosed on contract and pics may be taken to verify animal. Pet deposits are non-refundable.
